Biography
Brian Jeffery serves as Monterey Technologies Inc.’s (MTI) Director of Operations, leading initiatives that drive our operational efficiency.
With a career and military journey spanning 20+ years, Brian has honed his skills across multiple domains, including business development, finance, and operations management. His professional career began in the small business sector as an equity partner which involved investing in franchises and fostering growth and profitability. After nearly a decade in this role, he transitioned into biotechnology production and subsequently took on the management of complex, high-value procurement activities supporting Department of Defense programs.
In addition to many notable contributions within the private sector, Brian brings with him decades’ worth of military experience and is currently serving as an Officer in the United States Army Reserve. Through a multitude of leadership roles, he has exemplified unmitigated commitment to his civilian and military endeavors.
Brian’s position as Director of Operations represents a multifaceted and critical role in the many activities and processes that underlie MTI’s operations. His deep understanding of government regulations, strong financial acumen, strategic leadership skills, and an unwavering commitment to uphold high standards of integrity and compliance make him an invaluable asset.
